Terms and Conditions for the Prepaid Haircut Subscription

1. General

By subscribing to the Prepaid Haircut Subscription, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are applicable to all subscription options, including the monthly and biweekly plans for clients aged 18 and over, as well as those 17 and under.

2. Subscription Plans

Monthly Subscription (18+/17 and under): Subscribers are entitled to one haircut per week during the subscription month.

Biweekly Subscription (18+/17 and under): Subscribers are entitled to two haircuts during the subscription month.

Subscriptions are billed on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled at any time, with the cancellation becoming effective the following month.

3. Payment

Payments must be made between the 1st and 3rd of each month.

Failure to make payment within this timeframe may lead to suspension or cancellation of the subscription.

Subscriptions are not prorated, and no refunds will be given for unused haircuts.

4. Scheduling and Usage

Haircuts must be redeemed between the 1st and the last day of the subscription month.

Unused services will not be carried over to the subsequent month.

Appointments are based on availability, and it is advised to schedule in advance to ensure your preferred time slot.

5. Service Transferability

Subscribers may transfer their haircut entitlements to family members or friends within the same subscription month.

Transferred services must be used within that month, as they will not be valid in the following month.

The subscriber is required to inform the service provider of the transfer before the appointment.

6. Subscription Modifications and Cancellation

Subscribers have the option to modify or cancel their subscription at any time, which will take effect in the next billing cycle.
