GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
(Haircut Subscriptions & Men’s Hair Unit Services)
By booking any service or enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
GENERAL
These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients receiving services, including but not limited to haircut subscriptions, men’s hair unit (system) installations, maintenance, retouching, and related services. Services are available to clients ages 17 and under (with parental consent) and 18 and over.
PREPAID HAIRCUT SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
- Monthly Subscription (18+ / 17 & Under):
- Includes one haircut per week during the active subscription month.
- Biweekly Subscription (18+ / 17 & Under):
- Includes two haircuts per month during the active subscription month.
Billing & Duration: Subscriptions are billed month-to-month. Subscriptions may be canceled or modified at any time; changes take effect the following billing cycle.
Subscriptions are not prorated, and no refunds are issued for unused services.
PAYMENT TERMS (ALL SERVICES)
- Subscription payments must be completed between the 1st and 3rd of each month.
- Failure to submit payment within this window may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
- Deposits required for hair unit services are non-refundable and applied to the total service cost.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
SCHEDULING & SERVICE USAGE
- Haircut subscription services must be redeemed between the 1st and last day of the active month.
- Unused services do not roll over to the following month.
- Appointments are subject to availability and should be scheduled in advance.
- Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may require rescheduling and may result in forfeited services or deposits.
MEN’S HAIR UNIT (SYSTEM) SERVICES
Consultations
- A consultation is required before all new hair unit installations.
- Consultation fees are non-refundable, but may be applied toward a new install if booked within the specified timeframe.
New Installs
- Deposits are required to secure all hair unit installation appointments.
- Final pricing is determined during the consultation and may vary based on unit type, customization, and service time.
- Clients are responsible for disclosing allergies, scalp sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to service.
Maintenance & Retouching
- Maintenance services are recommended every 2–4 weeks.
- Hairline retouches do not include full removal unless explicitly booked.
- Results and longevity vary based on lifestyle, adherence to aftercare, and maintenance schedule.
TRANSFERABILITY OF SERVICES
- Haircut subscription services may be transferred to family members or friends within the same subscription month.
- Transferred services must be used within the active month and will not carry over.
- Clients must notify the service provider prior to the appointment when transferring services.
- Hair unit services are not transferable once installed or customized.
CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS & RESCHEDULING
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits or services.
- Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges.
AGE RESTRICTIONS & CONSENT
- 18+ plans are available exclusively to clients aged 18 and over.
- 17 and under plans are available to minors with parental or guardian consent.
- Hair unit services for minors require written consent and consultation approval.
LIABILITY & RESULTS DISCLAIMER
- Results vary based on hair type, scalp condition, maintenance, and lifestyle.
- The service provider is not responsible for damage resulting from improper aftercare, delayed maintenance, or third-party products.
- Clients assume all risks associated with cosmetic services.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
